The staff was wonderful but this hotel has a serious bedbug problem. I wound up sitting up in the armchair most of the night to avoid additional bites.

Very friendly staff. While eating the continental breakfast a hotel worker (not sure if manager) brought us water & ask where we were headed. He then brought over a map for the next county we were headed to and gave us some suggestions to visit. We took the ferry he recommended and had a great trip. It's refreshing to talk to people who so obviously enjoy their jobs.

This hotel had bedbugs when we stayed. The ONE person there was unprofessional and unknowlegable. Corporate has been unhelpful and management was non exsistant.

terible customer service,dirty rooms, smelly. not a good expierience. avoid this hotel
