Front desk staff was friendly. However maintainence never came to fix the refrigerator. I thought the rooms were small. The elevators need to be checked.
Poor Customer Service

The front desk staff was rude; it was evident that customer service is not a priority at this hotel. They were belligerent about no one being able to check in before 4:00pm (though the book that they provide in each room states 3:00pm), eventhough (as we found out later) our room was ready early. This was a family vacation, and we all wanted to rest after the long trip. We were told that we could use the pool, but we had to change in the lockerroom. The lockerroom floor was very dirty, the lock on the door didn't work, and there was no place to store our clothes. I returned at 4:00 and waited over 25 minutes to get the keys to our room.
The room was generally clean, however the bathroom was still very dirty. There were hairs all over our tub, our toilet was dirty. I called down to the front desk for housekeeping to come back and clean our bathroom, but even after they left there were still hairs in our tub. I ended up having to clean it!
We had a king efficiency... oceanfront. The kitchen was a good size, but 2 of the stove burners were disconnected from their wires and left out on the stovetop. The room is set up well, but would be too small for a family larger than 3 people.
The pools were nice, and the beach area was clean.
Hotel restaurant was closed for renovation (which we were not told about when we booked).
Overall experience: Choose another hotel if you care anything about customer service.

The front desk was understaffed and seemed to be irrated and over worked, we stayed in room 304 four days and not once did room service come to clean it , I had to go to the front desk 2 times for clean towels, on the third day we we;re locked out of our room , The front desk thought we had checked out,and cancelled our keys,, They seemed more interested in selling condos than servicesing us,, four days cost 665.00$ ,,We could have stayed in a cheep hotel for less and prbably got better service,,I will not stay here again for that price.

My husband and I took a trip here for his birthday and it was okay. Its nothing to brag on. The motel shows sign of major wear and tear and you have too wait at least five minutes for an elevator. If your on a budget and can't find anything else, you found yourself an motel !!!!
Never again

Patricia Grand is NOT grand. Facility is poorly maintained, dated, and broken down. The balcony sliding doors could not be secured (no lock), and after reporting problem to front desk, no solution. Lounge/restaurant is worse; smells bad, dirty, tables and chairs in poor repair. The hotel charges an early termination fee, or we would have checked out and gone elsewhere.
