40 years of d?cor devoured and regurgitated into my room.

I waited in line for 45 minutes just to register for my room. The Montego Bay wing was horrible. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom had mold growing in the bathtub. Purple, teal, and red curtains did not give the room a very relaxing feeling. The desk attendant was rude when I called for my wake-up call. The room appeared to have been designed in the 1960?s. When something needed replacing, that one thing was replaced and updated with the recent trend., so throughout the room there would be 60?s d?cor, 80?s d?cor, etc?
I would NOT stay here again!

Arrived at 3 pm , check in time at this property, our room was not ready 2 1/2 hours later we finally recieved a room. Hotel didn't care that we had been travelling from east coast and had left NJ at 7 am , add the time difference of three hours and thats a long day. Next , when I booked through Travelocity, one of the added amenities was 30% off Spa treatments over $100.00. I presented a copy of my online travel website Itinerary and the hotel refused to honor it . I called the online website and they did nothing. One of the reasons we booked this property was the Spa and that offer. Bottom line I'll never go to this property again or use the online travel website, by the way i purchased full travel protection and recieved no satisfaction. All that smoke and mirrors about the Guarantee is hollow promises. Too bad we travel quite frequently, maybe next time with a different website.

This hotel was fantastic. X the bar tender at Romanza was fantastic and so was the food. Spa was huge, and room size was also. Bed was very comfortable, had a mountain/pool view and not a single complaint. Exceptionally clean room and the spa (which is usually dirty in spa suites) was spotless. Would recommend this hotel to everyone (I already have). Would definitely stay there again. Check in and out was a breeze, and they did not charge me additional for early check in, and promptly attended to my needs without hesitation.Five stars is not enough for this hotel.

Room was very clean and decorated in Tuscany decor. Their out door pool area was beautiful. Even though the hotel was on the out skirts of Reno, it was very easy to catch the city bus into downtown Reno for $2.00 one way. The buses ran every 15 min.

I have had nothing but superb experience at the Peppermill. I stay at the Peppermill in September when I go for Street Vibrations. The staff is wonderful. I can call down to them and they will make me reservations at any restraunt I want to go to. I call them to get my bags and they always have someone up within 5 minutes to get my bags. Their food is great. Their cocktail waitresses are always prompt. They come around about every 5-10 minutes. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are very clean. The new Tuscan Tower is unbelievable. It has flat screen tv's in the bathrooms, and in the sleeping area. I never heard anyone next store because it is so quite, and if you have ever been there for Street Vibrations there is thousands of people partying all night long. The room service was great. They had my food to my room quick and hot. The beds are extremly comfortable. I look forward to staying at the Peppermill next time I'm in Reno in a few months.
