This isn't an upscale hotel, but it didn't claim to be either. It was fair for the amount we paid for it. The costomer service was very good!
The worst experience I ever had in a hotel.

I found broken glass on the floor. There was not an offer to clean it up or to give me another room. I had an exhausting week and did not feel like fighting since I had an early flight.

Hotal staff was pleasant. Hotel is convenient to the freeway and Denny's restaurant located in walking distance.
