Erratic water temp (scalding or cold, no in-between). Had to chg rooms do to broken a/c. Front desk mgr acted surprised after he found out that his subordinate changed our room. Amazin!

The main benefit of this hotel was the location. There was mold in the bathroom, the rooms tiny, the plug in loose and unsafe. The internet service was awful.

The room was small, no thermostat control of air conditioner, terrible pillows, no coffee, mediocre bed, excessive security, annoying elevaters, construction in lobby to repair escalator.
