One good Hotel

During my stay at the USA Open 2007 the only problem was with a new elevator system. It would take forever to move between floor, people did not care is the elevator was crowded, they just keep coming in!!!! I guess that is New York. Its a old hotel and need new wall paper but the rest is fine. I was just there to sleep. The location is great. Security guys are very strict nobody without a card can cross from a certain point.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a weekend getaway just before the Christmas Holiday. We liked the idea of it being near Times Square and Broadway. It was adequate and clean, not spectacular. Close to everything-restaurants, Broadway Shows, Times Square, Shopping and the Subway. We were even close to Rockerfella Plaza and Ice Skating in Bryant Park. We had a great experience.

My husband and I were there for just 3 days but were overall generally happy with the hotel. Service at the front desk was awful...very rude, but the guys at the elevators were very friendly! Room was average...bathrooms tiny. Husband & I couldn't be in there at the same time. No mold that everyone talks about though. Location is AWESOME!
