We took a trip with two teen age girls and it was the best ever. The location is great for the subway and broadway shows.Time square is just a couple of blocks away and shopping is not far at all. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The wonderful hotel made the whole trip GREAT!!!!!

This location was so convenient for those travelers attending Broadway shows. We walked to four different theatres during our stay - quickly and safely! The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Our room was not ready when we arrived but the $* credit they gave me more than made up for it! Very clean rooms with HEAVENLY beds! We will return!

Sebastian at the front desk, the concierge staff in particular and every staff member we encountered were prompt and very helpful. The entire experience was the best hotel stay I've ever had! I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in New York!

My friends and I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were indeed heavenly! The location was great to the things we wanted to see.. I would love to visit the Westin again!!!
