Our room was on the 42nd floor facing the city, the bedding was plush, the shower was heavenly, and the size of the room was larger than any other place we have stayed in NYC. Very comfortable...

we absolutely loved this hotel:O)very centrally located to broadway shows and restaurants. complimentary bottled h2o and fresh pears in lobby daily... great for on the go and it is nyc so you GO!!!will stay again. it was a beautiful entrance and escalators took you up to the main lobby away from the noise... did i say i loved it here... will definately stay again and highly recommend..

I purchased this trip to NYC as an anniversary gift to my wife. I could not have picked a better hotel to stay at than the Westin Times Square. The location is superb, the rooms are excellent with a very modern touch, and who can forget the Heavenly Bed!! The consierge was extremely helpfull and was even able to get us a dinner reservation at a trendy restaurant on a Saturday night! We will absolutely stay there again.

"We traveled to NYC for 4 days surrounding New Years Eve. The staff was friendly, helpful and accessible. Our room had a fantastic view and had all of the amenities that make a guest feel comfortable. We were within walking distance of almost anywhere we wanted to go. Hotel Security was outstanding, particularly on New Years Eve, they remained friendly, but were extremely professional. We would definitely stay here again."
