Sebastian at the front desk, the concierge staff in particular and every staff member we encountered were prompt and very helpful. The entire experience was the best hotel stay I've ever had! I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in New York!

My friends and I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were indeed heavenly! The location was great to the things we wanted to see.. I would love to visit the Westin again!!!

Staying at the Westin helped make our visit to New York a great experience. The room is spacious by New York standards and it comes with the ususal Westin ameniities. We had a great view of the West side and the Hudson River. The location was convenient to the subway, sightseeing tours, Time Square and a wide variety of restaurants. It was great to watch the British Open on the large screen, flat-panel TV each morning before hitting the streets.

The hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the view was awesome. Only change would be vents in the bathroom

I travel to NYC with my family frequently and we always stay at the Westin. With Shula's Steakhouse right in the hotel, it makes it easy to have a quick dinner if needed. We've spent countless nights at the hotel bar our bartender even let us bring sushi into eat! The rooms at this place are great, and you've got a great view of the Hudson from certain rooms. Enjoy the Westins, it's only on block from Hell's Kitchen as well!
