wonderful time in an amazing city

Nice lobby and friendly staff. Very clean and modern room. Fairly good size considering in NYC. Great location, walking distance to everywhere. Subway station just cross the street, small shops, pharmacy, resturants, Starbucks, McDonald and mivie threatre nearby.
Toilet is a bit loud so have to try avoid flushing toilet at night. I stayed on 11th floor, could hear traffic but not bothering me at all. Heavenly bed and pillows, great for a long day walking in the city. Nice to have a bath tub as well to relax.
Don't bother to pay extra to stay at the Executive Club level. No more nightly drinks and snacks and complementary breakfast. Neither the Westin nor online notify us the change. The hotel gave us $ per night credit to use in the hotel, but it will be better off spending that money somewhere else since the restaurant in hotel is expensive.
Too bad we had to purchase Airport shuttle with the fare cause the Supershuttle is unrelaible and we ended up taking a taxicab back to the airport on returned day. The right shuttle never showed up!!
The entire trip was just great and everyone needs to visit the amazing NYC at least once in their lifetime. Definately will go back.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel! It is a true "gem" in Times Square. The "Heavenly Beds" are just that!!! The linens are of phenomenal quality and the mattresses extraordinary. The bathrooms have two "awesome" shower heads. All the amenities in the room were "first class"...right down to the "leaf shaped" soap bars. The room is nicely appointed with a 32" flat screen TV and full lenght mirrors on the closet doors. Women truly appreciate the mirrors when getting ready. I loved the safe in the room so I could leave jewelry behind worry free. The location in Times Square is great. It was so easy to maneuver through the entire area. Anything we needed was either next door, across the street or a block or two away. I will recommend this hotel to ALL my friends and family traveling to New York!!!

Just came back from a weekend at the Westin. Best hotel ever! The view was awesome, the subway was very close. The rooms are way big and even with HD TV!!!! I would love to return any day.

Staff was very friendly, room was excellent, free upgrade to better view at check in, ticket/event desk was huge help and very convenient. Hotel held our bags after check-out. Great location, right in the heart of all the broadway show theaters. Very safe location and bed was very comfortable. No complaints here!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The hotel is located close to everything!! The room was very clean, and the staff was the best. We got to the hotel around 11:30am and they were nice enough to let us go ahead check in and go to the room. The gentleman who help with getting taxis, your luggage, shopping bags, directions are top notch. Patrick, Edgar, Manny, Carlos...everyone. I would stay again without a second thought!. We totally enjoyed our trip partly due again to the staff at the Westin.
