The overall facility is sadly lacking in basic overall maintenance. My wife and I have been staying at the Delta nearly every year for almost 20 years, and it is obvious that the facility has declined overall. Guest rooms need a complete renovation, and the exterior suffers from neglect, as well. The restaurant and cocktail lounge, once thriving, vibrant places, now appear virtually empty. Ice machine out of order.On a positive note, front desk and housekeeping staff very personable and professional.

The Delta Sherbrooke Hotel and Conference Centre has 178 rooms, including suites on nine floors. There is a maximum of four people per room (except for suites), and pets are allowed (check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.)

A hotel restaurant (Le Murville) and bar (The V.S.O.P.) are located in the hotel, but I would recommend the restaurants located close by (Pizza Hut, Eastside Mario’s, La Cage aux Sports, etc.) for more tasty and reasonably priced food and service. In addition, the hotel has a spa facility that offers therapeutic massages. The Delta Sherbrooke Hotel and Conference Centre is located near the Carre-four shopping district.
