Worst place ever

Hotel staff unable to keep up with laundry....we had to go to a laundry mat to wash our own towels and blankets if we wanted them clean. We were told that they could not wash blankets until check-out day. We were evacuating from a hurricane and were stuck in traffic for 23 hours and not able to make it for our first night....we were charged. We asked for our carpet to be vacuumed after our 2nd night stay and the maid just handed me the vacuum and said you can do it. The maid took the dirty blankets to be washed and then returned them about an hour later all balled up and told us we had to use them. A family members room had an air conditioner and phone that did not work.

Nice room for the price

Let's face it, when you are booking rooms based on price, you often get what you pay. This one was clean, good bed and nice linens.

"clean, no frills"

This is your basic no frills hotel. No bugs, clean rooms, great shower. There are bbq grills and picnic tables in the property. If you are looking for just a place to crash and don't care about luxuries for a great price (ask for travel website rate) this is your hotel. The hotel has been modestly upgraded in good taste and the A/C worked great. Slight problem with sink was fixed within 10 minutes from calling front desk. Fresh cookies daily! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, nail place, etc within walking distance.

The hotel is good for business oriented, not family friendly. No common area to sit down to have breakfast. The north side is very noisy. Close to shopping mall.Rooms clean.

This hotel lives up to it's price range. The rooms are okay, not spick and span, but not filthy. Bathrooms stained, $25 deposit if you want an iron. On busy side street, staff were excellent. Bed spread was dirty.
