We arrived late, customer service was rude as if we inconvienced them. The A/C didn't work, our towels had hairs on the inside of them, there was what looked like dried blood on the footstool, the beds were like bricks covered with cardboard. The continental breakfast was bagels. That was all...bagels, everything else was to be replace next week when the mgr. returned. Also to be fixed was our A/C and the ice maker. The hotel was not in a good area of town. There was a prositute that tried to solicite us as we entered the hotel. Pay a little more & sleep where it is clean and safe.
