I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back now that I know this motel exists at that exit. You are in for a surprise when you enter because everything seems new and the beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast and the staff is very friendly...see you soon : ).
DON'T stay here

We stayed for one night and changed rooms because the first one was so bad. The cable was fuzzy and looked like it was an antenna signal. The room had a TERRIBLE smell as soon as we walked in the door. There was a fly buzzing around the window.
Our new room was equally terrible. The cable was better but that was it. The shower curtain rod was about to fall out of the wall. Then, the thing that put me over the edge.....The neighbors next door and upstairs were arguing with each other at about 12:15am. It was clear that the people next door were fighting with each other because they were banging around in the room. I tried to call the front desk to give them the information so they could call the police, but no one answered. What kind of hotel doesn't have a desk staff 24 hours a day?
We were originally scheduled for 4 nights, we're checking out after 1 and switching hotels. It's very cliche, but you do get what you pay for. I'm sorry I didn't follow that advice when I booked here.
Great hotel for the price

My husband, myself and my parents stayed here for one night. We wanted something close to the casinos and were only about 5-10 min away. The rooms were clean and roomy. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The night we checked in we were going to the casinos and dinner first. The man working the front desk gave us good directions and several suggestions for dinner. The next day the guys went to the Chiefs game and we were going shopping. Again the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful giving us suggestions and directions. I've stayed at more expensive hotels were I haven't gotten the service we got here. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient to everything we planned to do. There were no problems with the room except that the light bulbs were a little dim. We only got one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth each per day and they were a little small and thin. We did not use the microwave but the refrigerator was great. We did not register any complaints with management and would probably stay there again...and take our own towels.
I would stay again

The pool was nice, the free breakfast needs improvement- cold cereal and bagels. The location was great for Worlds of Fun. Clean and quiet rooms
