Pros: Nice decor(above the floor), interior hallways, decent breakfast, not loud, beds nice.
Cons: Small vanity strangely placed. Carpet not vacuumed & didn't match other decor. (Wife was tired and didn't notice.) Room a bit tight, despite 2 double beds (not queens).

I was very surprised to find that on the first night there was no shampoo in the room. When we asked for shampoo the next morning we were told that the hotel was out of shampoo. The second morning we discovered that the coffee we had used the day before or the drink glasses had not been replaced. When we called about this, there was no offer of apology or offer to bring some to our room. Also, they were still out of shampoo. It was almost like we were in some foreign country and not Santa Rosa.

We stayed for the night in Sept 2007. The hotel is an adequate cheap sleep. But so close to the highway you may want to bring ear plugs.
However, the hotel overcharged us and it took months to get resolution. Most importantly, due to the hotel , our credit card info ended up in the hands of some devious people who attempted to have a shopping spree! Thanks to MasterCard we stopped it in time - but what an inconvenience!
Neither this hotel nor Choice Hotels International (their franchisor) took any responsibility. In fact from Choice Hotels "...each Choice Hotel International property is independently owned and operated, we must defer to the hotel..."
Stay if you must, but pay in cash. Safe travels

My handicapped father was very happy with the accessibility of the room. It was a pleasant stay & I would stay here again.

Great for the price, great breakfast, nice pool if you are so minded. Staff was very helpful.
