Attention needed

This is a pleasant motel that could be a lot better with more attention to detail. The hotel is well-situated and close to the airport. However, the continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever experienced in a motel/hotel- the juice machine was broken, there was little variety- if you didn't like instant oatmeal you were in trouble- and the only pastries were in plastic wrappers. The room was a mini-suite that was good sized and contained a microwave and small refrigerator. There were no cups or glasses in the room, even though there was a coffee maker. There was conditioner but no shampoo (there was a half-empty bottle left by the last occupant on one of the upper shelves in the shower). The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The free internet access was fast and simple to use. Access to the building is controlled by room keys at all times.
