The check in process was a little disastrous since we arrived at 2:30pm (3 hours prior to a home football game and along with 100 or so other guests) and the rooms weren't ready yet. The front desk didn't appear to have any idea how to handle this situation and the waiting guests were losing their patience. So we left and came back to check in at 7:30pm. All was great after that. The standard room (2 queens and a pull-out sofa) was spacious and clean. I've only slept on 1 hotel bed that was more comfortable than these. Great location (blocks from the football stadium) and the wait staff was very nice. A little pricey but on par with the quality. Our small dog stayed in the room with us for an additional $/night. I'd stay hear again.
Not as we expected....

We were very disappointed with our stay because we had booked a "handicap accessible room", but when we arrived to check-in, we learned that all of their handicap rooms which they offered only slept 2 persons. So our family of 4 was given the choice of either booking another additional room for the night, or having all 4 of us sleep in a King-size bed together (or with maybe 2 on the floor), or otherwise switching to a non-handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds....which is what we ended up doing. However, this proved to be very inconvenient for the rest of us, as well as next to impossible for our wheelchair dependent person who was traveling with us. In addition, the web-site info about this hotel also boasted a "complimentary continental breakfast", which there was NOT, plus the "hot tub" and heated swimming pool turned out to be COLD, and on top of that, our requested courtesy wake-up call in the AM never happened, so we all overslept for the event we actually came for! All in all, it was NOT a great experience.
Shop around before booking - you can do better.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. We arrived one hour early for check in and were not able to get a room. Although the staff was cordial, there was no effort made to even see if there was somewhere we could stash our luggage. We were in town for a family event and knew I would not be arriving back at the hotel until late that evening. I practically had to beg to even pay upfront so I didn't have to deal with it later. I also felt my room may be given away if I did not get a payment in. The front desk clerk called the manager to see if it was OK for me to pay - the manager did not come to the front to assist or even show their face. I realize a hotel has no obligation to give a room earlier than check in time, but I was disappointed in the lack of effort.

Hotel lobby was attractive and roomy. Rooms were furnished nicely and clean. Had a problem with the A/C in one room and had to switch rooms, but no problems otherwise. Returned from our conference about 10:30 pm and the restaurant/bar was already closed, which seemed awfully early for a Friday night. Overall, it was a very nice hotel.
Not everything as advertised

The hotel promised some things that were not there. For example, a cash bar and free appetizers on week nights and it did not exist.
