My grandfather was in the hospital and it was a really rough time for me and my family. We stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. The stuff to do was great. The rooms were clean and simply nice. The amount of pillows they gave you was awesome! It was a great place to stay and so family friendly!!!!

This is a very nice, friendly hotel with a really fun indoor/outdoor pool and a great hot tub and sauna. But, and this is a deal breaker for me, the shower was just awful. It was a super low flow shower head that tried to make up for the lack of water coming out with sheer force. It sprayed so hard it hurt and in such a wide circle that unless you were six feet tall you could not get enough water on your head to rinse your hair. The little needles of water coming out were completely ineffective in rinsing any part of a person at all and there was no way to adjust either the force or the shape of the spray. I hated it. It made me grumpy on the way to my meeting. One other thing was the bed closest to the window had a ditch in the middle. Time for new mattresses. Really, what does a traveler need in a hotel? A good bed and a good shower. The rest is bonus so I would not stay here again.

We were very happy with the overall experience. Our only issue was that the tub was not clean. The continential breakfast had a great variety and the facility was great. We loved the pool.

Great indoor/outdoor pool plus hot tub. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Great for large groups.
