BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!!!

The rooms smell like a dead body is rotting under the bed. Travel agency did nothing to help us. We were moved to a less smelly room that was much smaller. I paid for a larger room. I would never stay there again or use the travel website again. Travelers beware. The staff knew nothing about the area and were not able to give us any help. Travelers beware. The breakfast was burned and cold. Travelers beware! There are too many hotels in the area that are much nicer and less smelly. If we hadn't been prepaid we would have changed hotels immediately. A very unpleasant experience.
Pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were

The rooms appear to have been renovated and are extremely nice. We were very pleased with our stay and found the staff to be quite friendly. The rooms had flat screen tvs - but, unfortunately, not enuf channels. Would definitely stay again. Very close to the Charlotte Colliseum.

Staff is a little rude, but hotel was nice and room was comfortable. Price is reasonable and they do offer discounts, so ask.

For the same price as the very disapppointing Comfort Suites, we got a very comfortable and clean room that was enjoyable to stay in. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
