Overpriced Hotel

This Best Western was overpriced, not well cleaned (hair left in the tub, dirty carpets, hair in the sink). I wouldn't walk around without shoes on or sleep without my own pillow. But they did fold the kleenex neatly and provide a continental breakfast, and the location is convenient to downtown. So just weigh what is important to you.
Nightmare Hotel Stay

Handicap room was awful. An "afterthought": for sure. No grabbars, old/rusty bath chair. Non-working fridges in both rooms we were in. Bathrooms by swimming pool out of order.Anyone could use handicap parking spaces without penalty. No internet in h/c room. Outdoor ashtrays were overflowing & left by our h/c room.. Promised partial refund by management was never made good. Very tired hotel with a lot of badly needed maintenance.

Courtesy shuttle was great. Staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast have good variety of cereals that didn't contain a lot of sugar such as smart start and raisin bran unlike some hotels in the area.

Hotel is clean and conveniently located near the airport. Continental breakfast is weak. You're better off buying food and putting it in your in-room refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi available, but not in guest rooms, only in the hotel lobby.
