I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled, beds hard and it's in-line with the San Jose airport.

"A large, clean room with moderate price.Very closed to San Jose Airport, San Jose downtown, and also only 30 min. from SFO.I will definitely use this hotel when I visit the Bay Area! "

"Doing a LOT of traveling over years,have stayed at a lot of BW's, Stayed at Gateway Inn 3x: worst experiences I had. Poor service, poor maint, pool not working, no one seems to speak english...could not sleep due to cleaning crew chatter 5am on. "

Good value, clean, nice staff, nice breakfast. No problems other than the shuttle stopped at 11:00 pm and my flight came in at 11:10.
