this place needs a lot of work and the staff working their is far from friendly--notes hanging in room to tip the housekeeper--just what exactley did they do?? The towels we were given were very small and the wash clothes had holes--several of the bigger bath towels had holes as well--now this is just tacky--beds were old and very hard -- we stayed 3 nights and I will never stay their again--

My husband and I have stayed here 4 times this past winter and are staying there again this month. We love to escape to the area to de-stress and swim with the manatees. Plenty of room for parking our truck loaded with kayaks. Room is very clean and never an odor. Staff is very friendly. We have never used the pool, but it looks clean and well maintained. We have been staying at this hotel since January 2007 with about 10 total stays. We have stayed at all the other chain hotels in the area and they are either way over-priced, or filthy.

Thought it was odd that a dead deer lied in front of the office near the highway when we arrived around 3 PM. It was still there at 12:00 the next day when we left. They were also having a furniture sale and alot of it was sitting outside of the rooms.
