We had a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit with living room and full kitchen. Unit was on the ground floor and had a patio with a private BBQ. You could rent a propane tank from the front desk. One of the showers doubled as a sauna, and that was a real nice surprise. Another nice touch was a small sundry basket in each bathroom. Pool towels were available from the front desk. Unit was cleaned mid-week. Unit was well stocked and if you needed more of anything, there was a check list to leave on the door. Grounds well kept as was the laundry room where you could also buy small cleaning products from the machines. Two standard types of pools but perfectly clean and sparkling. A breakfast and lunch only restaurant fronted the property. The only "negative" was that the furnishings in the unit did not evoke a vacation feel. They resembled more of an apartment in need of new furniture. The TV in the living room was smaller than in the bedroom. This was our first timeshare experience having just bought at Stallion Springs and making our first exchange. The Desert Isle at Palm Spring is rated as a distinctive property. Although nice, we didn't consider it distinctive. In order to submit my review of this timeshare, I have to indicate a nightly rate. I believe they are rented out for $100 or a little more during May.
