This was a great hotel for the price we paid. The rooms are fabulous and very clean, andthe pool and fitness centre are great. The only downside is that it's a bit isolated if you don't have a car - getting to Disneyland is not a problem as the shuttle bus runs regularly, but there is only one restaurant within walking distance and no other shopping nearby. We would stay again.

My 2 teenaged kids and I stayed here for the 1st time and thought this hotel was very nice. The breakfast that was included was outstanding! The rooms were very clean & beds were comfortable.
My only negative comment is that the front desk staff werent too friendly, no greetings in the morning and the nite staff (one guy) was barely friendly when we wished HIM a good nite. I had called ahead to get a room with the fireworks view and was promised that it could be arranged. When we arrived, I made sure they knew of my request and was assured that I was getting a room with the fireworks view..only that they put us on the wrong side with no fireworks view!!! Which was a disappointment! Kevin at the front desk offered to correct the mistake, but it was inconvienent to pack up and move to another room.
Otherwise, our experience was a good one, we would come & stay here again.
Great place to stay

This was a great hotel to stay at. We went for Disneyland but this hotel is right across the street from Honda Center formerly the Duck Pond were the Anaheim Ducks play. We had a room facing the back and like to sleep with the window open for fresh air. Unfortunately the sign for the Honda center kept flashing upcoming events and made it difficult to leave the curtains open thus negating the open window. Nice social hour with chips, salsa, beer, wine, sodas and warm chocolate cookies all free! After a day in the son and probably to much junk food my son became ill and didn't make it to the bathroom and used a trash can to throw up in. I left it in the hall because the smell was really bad and called the front desk. They said somebody would be up the next day to pick up. I stated that it smelled badly and they might want to reconsider but they said they didn't have anybody available. For such a big place you would think they would have staff on hand for such things. All in all I thought it was a good place and would stay again. Just a five minute drive down the street to Disneyland. Oh, and the free buffet breakfast couldn't be beat. One of the best we've had, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, ....
A clean and nice hotel that meets my expectation

I picked the hotel for our family vacation based on the previous reviews. It does meet my expectation. The whole hotel looks to have been built in recent years. The room is clean and nice, with microwave and a refrigerator which are nice. The bed is comfortable. The only complaints are that the towels seem a bit stiff and the breakfast was a bit under served (fruit and cereal sometimes run out before the closing time). Otherwise, I'd give the hotel a five star.

We stayed at this hotel on 12/24.25.26. Our room was great and the beds were pretty good. You can fill up the tub and soak yourself. The pool and spa were great and we had a great time in the hotel.
