As the one who schedules all travel for our business, I rarely get any feedback. However, both employees that stayed at this hotel RAVED to me on more than one occasion that this was one of the best hotels in which they have stayed. I wish I could provide more details -- but suffice it to say they both felt the Tuscany Inn was WAY above average and want all future Vegas trips booked there.
Nice Resort - not really suited for business travel

The hotel was clean, friendly, and well run. It was better suited for vacation than business travel. Grounds, lobby, and casino were very nice and well kept. Casino was a little smokey but I guess that is to be expected. Room was huge but contained only a similar amount of furniture and decorations as hotels with much smaller rooms and this made it look sparsley decorated. It was comfortable though. Absolutely hated that all TV was for charge only. Could not get local or national stations/news. Free wireless internet is popular at business hotels. This one charges $13/day and it was a slow connection. Even in the business center, internet access was for a fee only. These fees must be added to the final price when making comparisons. The stip is quite along walk, especially after woalking a trade show all day. I like the fact that I could get away from the hustle and bustle though. After my second day, I spent the evening at the resort before catching a red-eye flight out. It was a relaxing place to be. I am considering a second stay but with my wife on a vacation trip.

This summer will be our 4th time staying at the Tuscany. We love that it is just off the strip. So we get our cake and eat it too! If we want a fast pace day we just go to the strip. If we want a kicked back day we stay and hang out at the Hotel. We love the Cantina Restaurant great food. The casino just perfect. Not overwellmingly big that you get lost in it. Front desk as always was friendly. The overall experience was above and beyond my expectations. Why do you think we have been staying at the Tuscany!! It's great
Several Room Problems, Restaurants were Good

When we first arrived at our room, the bed was unmade but clean, with the bedspread thrown over the easy chair. There was no microwave in the room, so I called and they brought one up that evening. The real inconvenience was that the mini-refrigerator (the under the-counter-type, about as large as a standard dishwasher) had a faulty thermometer and no matter what setting we put it on, it froze all our food rock solid and literally destroyed it. This put a real damper on the trip because we wanted to stay in the room for a late breakfast/early lunch every day, and just dine out for dinner. We called for service on it at least 3 times, and no one did anything about it. It was Thanksgiving weekend, and they seemed understaffed, although there were many guests. So... we ate at Marilyn's and the Mexican restaurant for brunches, and it was really good, but it was a double-ding on food expenses.
Great hotel for the price

Great deal for the price. The room was huge and very clean. The hotel itself was nice, but I don't recommend the diner in the casino (that's the only hotel restaurant we tried). The food was pretty insipid.
The pool was nice, as was the hot tub. There was terrible music playing over the PA, but the staff turned it off when asked by an irate old guy. It was great with the music off.
The casino was quiet, not too many people, but the roulette dealers were nice. OK machines.
The location was pretty good - it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but frustrating to have to wait for a cab. We walked a few times, but only at night when it wasn't hot.
Overall we had a very good experience, and would recommend it to anyone.
