when i made the reservation, i talked to the day manager on the phone. He ASSURED me that the location of the hotel was very good, WALKING distance to town, specifically Pershing Auditorium. "15 min walk" , "5 min cab ride". The hotel was 47 blocks from Pershing Auditorium at which we were attending NATIONALS SKATE MEET. The cab ride was 10 min at a cost of *per way, which was needed twice a day and thus we had ZERO funds for food or incidentals. The 1st night the room smelled like old lady perfume covering up smell. It was unbearable, so I asked to be moved to a different room. that did not occur untill 5 pm the next day. The house keeping "forgot " to clean our room on Fri so when we returned there was still the breakfast left overs and no clean towels and no clean cup, no coffee etc... The room charge was decent but the service for the breakfast was lean at best.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Good value for the money

Good hotel for the price. Not a fancy place but had everything we needed except a pool. Will stay there again. Good location.

The hotel fulfilled its function. However the hotel was in a bad location for my needs and the room had an awful smell in it. The last night I stayed someone had removed the do not disturb sign from the door and housekeeping woke me up early. The front desk staff was helpful except for they sent meesages to my room phone that were not mine. I hope the right person received the messages they were supposed to get.

we stay in lincoln frequently and always stay at your super 8. Its nice and clean (I'm a germ freak) and the waffles at the free breakfast are my favorite!
