Website directions were inaccurate causing us to drive around for 1.5hours.
The reservations we made were not accurate at check in. Front desk did not offer directions to our room.
Garbage was not changed out in our room.
Room service delivered our champagne and strawberries 40 minutes late.
Internet did not work and took them over an hour to fix.
Restaurant waiting time was 1.5 hours and bar was filled to capacity.
Room service delivered our food 36 minutes late (1hour and 36 minute waiting time total) and food was lukewarm. They forgot my soup. After two phone calls I finally got my soup at 12:20am.
Asked for change for pop machine and was given dollars, only to find out their pop machines take hard change. Outdated and not very nice of front desk to not offer me hard change for the pop machine.
Housekeeping disturbed us next day at 12 noon when our checkout was at 3pm and the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the door to ask us when we were leaving.

If you are coming in from out of town, especially with a convention, plan on renting a car. The hotel has limited dining options, especially for those traveling with children under the age of 18. The hotel is no longer at or near the airport, now that the new airport is in service. There are also no eating establishments within walking distance, or any other activities unless you have a car. With the exception of one or two, everyone who worked at the hotel, including the restaurant and bar staff seemed excessively put out to have to serve you in any way. They were totally unprepared for a large number of convention guests, and were not staffed appropriately.

On December 23 at 11:30 pm I arrived in Indy to a horrible ice storm. I could not make it to see my relatatives and called Adam's Mark. The people there were friendly, fast to come get me at the airport and I could even order room service at that hour. The room was extremely clean and the service was great. I will stay there again whenever I get trapped or for any other function in Indy.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Adam Mark Hotel. It was clean, well decorated, and a very friendly staff. I would highly reccomend it to business or leisuree travelers. Great price for the quality. Very close to airport and complimentary shuttle is a plus.

We decided on this hotel because my husband had an early appointment at the airport and the Adams Mark was close, offered free shuttle service and had good reviews. We arrived in the evening before in time for cocktails and dinner. The bar area was nice and had an old-fashioned feel about it. The servers were friendly and accomodating of my food allergies when we decided to order off the dining room menu, even fetching the chef to discuss options, etc. This is a REALLY BIG DEAL for those of us who cannot take chances with our diets or health.
The food was fresh and delicious, we were very pleasantly surprised, but that was our expectation as such a fine hotel. Speaking of, the common areas and our room was very clean, the carpet beautiful. The only negative was the temperature in the lobby and halls. It was frigid. Also, I'm a big stairs user and they were not convenient and not accessible to the lobby, emergency use only kind of thing.
This hotel is a great value for the money and a great experience. I can't say I would be comfortable bringing children here, it did not seem "kid friendly", which is fine for adults traveling on business or special occasions.
