For an extened stay this facility is VERY ill equipted. Very limited supplies for 4 people; ie only service for 2 dishes and silverware. One 2 cup serving of coffee for a 10 cup coffee maker.

Awful Hotel

Room was filthy, with hair on the floor in the bathroom and an un-vacuumed carpet. I've slept on the ground camping that was more comfortable than their bed. The metal edging around the bed had sharp edges poking up, and it was simultaneously rock hard and lumpy. The front door to the lobby was left open all day and night, and the front desk was frequently unattended. Rooms had the window left open by housekeeping, which was necessary to keep the smells down. One room did not have any towels stocked, and when we went to the front desk to ask for some, they argued with us before finally handing some over. Motel-6 is a 5-star luxury resort compared to this cesspit masquerading as a Suite Hotel. The staff could not have cared less about the problems.

I have no complaints about the Hotel (oh except that there weren't enough towels in the bathroom) -Anyway I enjoyed the kitchenette and the kindness of the employees. But, it was advertised to me (whether by online travel website or X themselves I don't know) that there was a pool on location. That's a lie, and I felt really stupid when finding that out at the front desk in my bathing suit!

Acceptable clean accommodation

Stayed 4 nights July 08. This is an "Extended Stay America" type all suites hotel. Not in the same category as a Marriott Res. Inn which I consider 4.5 star generally. Would stay again, more families with kids than I would have liked but generally it was quiet. Did see security guard regularly on the grounds and halls day and night which was good. Not walking distance to strip but it is good value for money especially for famileis or those not wanting to eat out for every meal. Room/kitcheneet/bathroom all acceptably clean.

Unsatisfactory

This room was absolutly unsatisfactory. First of all, we had a reservation for four in the two queen size bed room. There were only two sets of everything in the room, i.e towels, rags, etc. The carpet was horrible, the bedspread had a hole in it from a cigarette burn, and the couch was dirty and stained. The microwave sounded like it was ready to blow up when we used it. There was nothing attractive about this hotel at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if they don't plane to spend alot of time in it. I would recommend a Motel 6 because you get what you pay for there. This place isn't worth the amount I spent, no where near.
