We were pleased with the service and comfort of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was well stocked.

We reserved an extra-large room with 2 beds and 2 tvs. The room was set up nicely, very clean, the staff was great, very courteous. Excellent pet friendly hotel. It is very convenient to the airport and fairly easy to get to the zoo as well.
The wireless internet was nice, I had no trouble getting access from any point in my room. They also have a guest computer in the lobby you can use as well.
As someone else mentioned you can get pizza delivered to your door, which was nice. So were the complimentary fresh-baked evening cookies! Nice touch.
I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone, whether traveling for business or on a family trip such as ourselves.
the smell of mold and wet carpet

We got to our room and the carpet was wet, smelled of mold. I reserved a king size bed they said they were out. Asked for a new room when I saw the condition of the room they said there are none left. The airconditioner was load and also smelled of mold when it ran. The bed was horrible, and the pillows were as thin as the sheets. TO top it off we got a bill in the mail saying we took a pillow. Nobody in their right mind would have taken a pillow from this place.

An awesome staff, even helpful on the phone before arriving! Clean rooms, catering to myself and my young son. It was very quiet and pizza can be delivered right to the door! Awesome place of a quiet family get away! Breakfast was great too!

Rooms were really clean, smelled good too. When I opened the door it was nice and cool which was a relief on a hot humid day. Pillows were awsome, bed comfy, plenty of room. Internet connection was wireless and had 86% strength which was great. Couldnt get a smle out of the girls in the front though, no sense of humor! Everything else was greatness.
