RUDE!

From the initial check-in until check-out, the entire staff was very rude. No one manned the front desk. The phone to contact the front desk, which was outside one set of doors and in the foyer, rang 5-20 times before anyone came from the office to answer it. We were exposed to 3 shifts, and the front desk person on every shift acted like it was an imposition to have to actually wait on us. One of our rooms did not have any glasses or washcloths. The manager told us to come to the front desk to have these items replaced. We were in the breakfast bar at this time, a whole 20 steps from the front desk. When we approached the desk, he walked away and acted like he had no idea what we needed. We will never stay in this hotel again, and WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay there! We specifically requested nonsmoking rooms. One room was so stinky from cigarette smoke, a family member actually had to use her asthma medicine and move to the other room we had booked.

The front desk person was not friendly at all....the room was ok but the furniture was well worn and dirty black spots on the furniture and carpetingin living room. bedroom was fine. The airconditioning in said living room did not work and we were given another room for overnight...the next morning someone called demanding to know why we were in the room..duh....the swimming pool was nice and the gym a joke..you get better mileage just walking around the mall areas. The breakfast if you want to call it that was pitiful,. Good thing the rooms had a full kitchen. Would I stay again...I will probably look elsewhere for the amount of money we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. Like the previous guy said ...you get what you pay for.

Dang..couldn't the front desk check in people at least smile and pretend they are glad you came to stay with them...and you know who you are. The rooms wer okay...living room furniture is very old and outdated..i guess shabby chic is in...the bedrooms were better and the kitchenette was wonderful. One of the rooms was too hot in the living room and maintenance had gone so they gave us the room right next door also...cool....the next morning someone called and wanted to know what the heck we were doing staying in that room! Go figure. I won't let that color my experience..glad it was close to shopping at Wolf Chase. DI would stay again...how about more in the way of breakfast..and a popcorn machine and free sodas and a nightly buffet..oh sorry that was the oother hotel I stayed in...

This facility was more than I had expected. I thought it would be just another business trip hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room and the facilitly grounds. This establishment is located quietly behind a delightful shopping center conveniently just off of the interstate. I couldn't help but have a wonderful time at this facility. Thank you guys very much, and I have recommended it to several of my friends that have stayed there since my stay. So thanks again, next time I'm bringing the wife and child!!

This hotel was not at all what I expected. The area of Memphis is an upscale area - this hotel is not. There is NO INDOOR POOL, even though the description lists one. Every room smells like smoke. We tried 3 different ones and could not get any improvement. I will NOT return.
