The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean. The location is less then desirable unless you need quick access to the airport. It is in a commercial area with limited restaurant/entertainment choices besides national chains. It is a long way to downtown or the beaches through heavy traffic. It was a good value but not the "Miami" experience most travelers will want.

The hotel was wonderful, this was the best hotel I ever stayed in , the staff was so helpful l and polite anything you needed they were right there to assist you

Convenient as a stopover for a trip, not too far from the airport. The room smelled like smoke and they were full , couldn't move. No ice machine nearby on floor 6, had to call room service and wait 25 minutes for bucket of ice. Comfy firm big bed, though. Very good but pricey food in the restaurant. Employees were pleasant and organized.

The hotel was great. Loved the room, very clean and upscale. Good price. Nice patio and pool. Would stay again and recommend to others. "Hotel Shuttle bus at airport and very easy to find"
