We arrived at 4:20 p.m. Our room was not ready, but the friendly young woman running the motel said it would be ready in half an hour. We left, arrived back at 5:30, and then waited in the parking lot while the room was hastily cleaned. The room was clean, but the bed was so poorly made the sheets did not stay on the mattress. Because the door had been left open to the outside, the room was full of flies. The wireless did not work, and when I asked the young woman at the desk about it, she said she knew little about computers, but that they definitely had computer service in the office. The next morning, a different woman acted put upon when we asked about breakfast, but put out cereal, milk, juice, and day-old cinnamon rolls.
