Smoking room - And no breakfast

We booked a non-smoking room but received a smoking room. We woke with red swollen eyes and sniffles. No breakfast of any kind. A 3 star should at least offer a continental breakfast. (A one star Motel 6 offers coffee, juice and donuts.)

We love this hotel. The beds were like clouds and the breakfast offerings were excellent. We used the shuttle from the cruise port and to the airport and the driver we on time and courteous. We'll be back!
