What a fantastic hotel experience

This hotel was initially not our first choice, but we booked it for its suite size. When my wife, and two daughters (8 & 2) arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff, and the calmest cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Although we have stayed in some nice hotels with even higher star ratings, this hotel will be our first choice in the future. On the first night, the front desk staff presented us with a cake, and a baloon to congratulate our 11th wedding anniversary. We loved our one bedroom suite. Our suite was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the swiming pool was just a little cold for us to use. The breakfast bufett was great and the hot meal components such as eggs, sausages and waffles were fresh and tasty. Every hotel satff member that we interacted with was super curtious and friendly. That must certainly be a reflection of the upper management as well.
The hotel's close proximity, about one minute walk, to the galeria mall as well as it convenient access to I620 is a plus.
We will be thrilled to stay at this hotel again. Thanks for making our family getaway a great one.

We chose the hotel because of its location and previous good experiences with Marriott. This one far exceeded our expectations. We chose a king studio; the room was very large, very well equipped, very clean, and very well lighted. There were several nice touches, including microwave popcorn and other complimentary snacks. The breakfast buffet had reasonable hours and offered more choices than we expected, including several hot dishes. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offering good travel directions to local attractions. There was good access to free computers in the lounge, including printers. Security was very good; parking was ample. There was a fitness room, but we didn't use it; the pool looked great, but we didn't use it.
We'll stay here again when we return in Spring 2008 to visit our son.

Great area, close to all of the Galleria and shopping. This place was safe, clean , staff very nice and breakfast good.One area of improvement or suggestion is that they add the light evening snack to the weekend .
