hidden charges

Be aware of the $39 a day parking charge that is not included in the price of your stay.

Employees and location are great

The rooms can use some deep down cleaning instead of just surface cleaning. The hotel location and the employees were excellent. All associates were very pleasant to deal with. Helpful with ideas to do in the city and car rental onsite was great. Hotel is expensive but it seems they are all expensive in the area. Extra $15.00/day to get a refrigerator and an extra $50/day to get a non-smoking room - seems a little out of control.

Only thing good about this hotel was it's location. Rugs throughout hotel were stained, bathrooms need remodeling, pool is small. I found the staff to be of no help and found that they even LIED at times. Customer service was poor at best. Would not recommened this hotel.

Although the location and staff were great, I would "not recommend" this hotel. Upon arrival, the sheets had to be changed due to hairs and crumbs in them. The window coverings were disgusting! They had dripping water stains and discoloration all over. The crank style windows were difficult to open. The room smelled "very musty", probably due to the hotel allowing pets. (We often shared the lobby and elevator with someone's dog). There was only an air unit, no central air. The shower had a patched hole. The sink faucet clogged and had to be repaired twice. Very dreary!

The location was great and the concierge and staff were very helpful and friendly. Suggest 24/7 free access to internet in lobby/public area.
