Great, Great Value

For $100 or so per night, it'd be hard to beat it. Conveniently located near downtown, the Grove and Key Biscayne, nicely landscaped grounds, good breakfast included (only downside was some bad coffee) common balcony area with furniture so you can hang out and look at the well landscaped pool area. It's a great place to come back to after a day out.

This hotel is secure and staffed by sweet people who are absolute dog lovers. As human guests, we were warmly welcomed but our furry companion was treated like a princess. We happily returned for a second overnight stay after completing our international travel.
Great place to stay night before cruise.

Rooms are ok but housekeeping drove us nuts. Called at 9AM to see when we were leaving - told them around 11AM (checkout is 12N), knocked at 9:30, 9:45 and 10AM. Geesh! Good for a place to sleep but not if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Heavy traffic on back side of building.

not posh but very nice. fabulous free breakfast; other than that, no dining. (sometimes cookies still warm from the oven appear in the lobby in the afternoon!) great service. a lot to do nearby. nice little pool, but if i had little ones, i would probably stay somewhere else. i've been there quite a few times and it seems more adult-oriented to me.
