I've found Shilo quality to be uneven; great at one location, worn and aging at another. The K. Falls location is one of the good ones. Quibbles: Sheets had an almost overpowering bleach smell; evening desk clerk was rude, and fought with another potential guest about room rates (don't go without a reservation), pool heater was broken.
The best hotel I've visited in recent memory

For $** a night, this was a great hotel! The room was quite large and very clean. It wasn't a true suite, since it was only one room (what they mean by "suite" is that it has a little counter with a sink and refrigerator). The contintental breakfast was great with a lot of variety (and fresh you-make waffles!). The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Overall, very nice. Good location. Breakfast was top tier for free ones. Room was big, clean and exceeded expectations. I will stay at Shilo Inns in the future.
The pool was closed, but we weren't planning to use it anyway.
Nice place you got here.....

I was very satisfied with the staff and facilities during my two week stay. Limo service from and back to the airport was provided as needed.
Checking in (and feeling like a criminal)

I'm a regular at Shilo, but this first time in Klamath Falls had me feeling like a criminal as I checked in. Unfriendly front-desk workers shoved no fewer than FIVE warnings and disclaimers about smoking under my nose to sign. Room was fine, but with no bell help and the grim prison attitude at the desk, I felt uncomfortable staying there.
