Better than we thought it would be. Nice location and really quiet considering a busy street.

Front desk was very friendly. The neighborhood is great and the the places to eat are a plenty. The lights in the room reminded me of being in one of those bad hotel movies(florescent). The shower head was an energy saver (soap also) it peeled my skin off. It was so bad I went to the store and bought a cheap one just to get through the week. No coffee maker, no hair dryer and obviously no iron. Believe it or not it had WIFI. whats the chance of that. Stay there for business but take spend a few extra dollars and look somewhere different if your taking your family.

We checked at the hotel and the front desk personal was very helpful with direction to WIld Animal Park and restaurnats. We stayed in Two Queens room. Room had all we needed Fridge, micro, coffee maker etc.. Price was lot better than near by hotels like Best western and Comfort Inn. Would recommend this place for any tourist.

We just needed a place to stay overnight as we visited family. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and a bit bigger than I expected. The furnishings were fairly updated. I loved the large shower with two built in seats! Our room had two fold out luggage stands, which was really thoughtful. Most rooms only have one.
The front desk staff was very friendly. It would be more impressive if their attire was a bit more professional.
My only concern was that the side door, which led outside, did not have a deadbolt - only a simple interior lock. I would have felt safer with a stronger lock. The front door had a deadbolt and a latch. This might have been unique to our particular room as it was on the end. It did feel like a safe neighborhood, though.

Bathroom was updated nicely. Small table has little work space. AC controls out of reach, had to use chair to adjust. Rooms very clean. For Dixon Lake visitors, excellent choice due to location near lake (10 min. drive). Shop travel sites for best rate. Found 6AM checkout a hassle due to waking staff up. Tight parking spaces. Good, safe area. Request detailed receipt (if needed) in advance, I never got mine for rebate.Good maid service. Accommodating management.
