So-So hotel - Fair location

The, A/C was too loud - the elevator was very slow, it even skipped a requested floor. The breakfast bar was poor for the price ($* hot / $* cold). The location was fair (5/10 min from resturants and shops, but kind of an edgy side of town. NOTE: The guest parking lot stated "Lot subject to flooding at high tide - use at your own risk".

The hotel is nice, fairly quiet, and nice room sized. I would reccommend if you have any issue whatsoever to ask to speak to a manager, we've stayed here two times and both times we had issues with the front desk workers.
We requested the highest floor possible (our kids love looking out the windows of high buildings). The view was beautiufl, The beds were not very comfy, and the maids would not bring extra pillows.
The restaurant is fairly priced, however the food, is "you get what you paid for".
Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but I'm very picky.

"Front Desk morining person was fine, the afternoon lady was very stressed out, started crying while we were in line (not a good sign!) I think we got lucky with our rooms one of the air conditioners was musty smelling but rooms were pretty clean. The hotel is aging and needs some updates. Breakfast at the restaurant is not worth the $8 they charge."

Rooms pricey for quality. Air conditioner not at capacity. Maintenance discovered filter way past needing cleaning. Roach encountered in bathroom, tub is a liability waiting to happen due to slippery rubber mat and no hand bars. Cleaning staff courteous . Will not book here again.

I'm not going to be as tough as the other raters. Our room & bed were comfortable. Balcony is worthless, it's only 30 inches wide. 1 of the 2 elevators was pretty shaky. Asked for clean towels one morning and never got them. Self-locking door didn't latch. Make sure you pull it tightly closed yourself. One evening we came back to discover that anyone could have just pushed our door open. We were out sightseeing from morning to night, so we just needed a place to sleep. Still, the place needs a major re-do. Needs new carpeting throughout. Only good point was the price.
