Unusable Kitchenette

  • March 25, 2008

Our room had a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave and stove top with 2 burners. It also came with two glasses and nothing else. No utensils, no pots, no dishes, nothing. The staybridge suites and homewood suites I've stayed at before have all those things at a much lower price. Will not stay here again.

Would come back again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff and service were excellent! The pool and spa are lovely. Drinks are expensive but the rooms have a refrigerator so we went to the liquor store and brought our drinks to the pool one afternoon. The hotel is at a good location and we drove to various places such as the Butterfly Garden, South Beach, etc. There were families and business people there so it is mixed. I would definitely come back!

Waht a great resort. Nice location close to downtown, but not too close that you lose the resort feel. The spa area was so nice, i wish i could have really spent more time there. Main area was nice and there a nice mix of couples, familys etc... I would stay again.

Resort Hotel without the relaxation...

THe overall appearence was nice, bathroom and room space was amazing, decor nice. The carpet was kind of dirty, the BED was terrible, if you back trobule do not sleep here, if you don't you will develop back problems afterward. The room door is located outside, so you see al kinds of creatures roaming around, slept on the top floor for that reason, we saw a huge roach (YEW....) that would not die, a nice squirrel that roamed the forth floor during the day. We also had multiple mosquitos enter the room everytime we opened the door. Everything else was nice, but a resort should have a heavenly bed, it was very disappointing.
