Was disappointed in the property. We had to change rooms because the television did't work, the light bulbs were burnt out. and never did get them changed. We had asked housekeeping twice to fix the problems and they were not the least bit helpful in getting the problems fixed. The second room was a bit better but the housekeeping left a bit to be desired. The rooms were not cleaned very well, didn't replenish the coffee, etc. Requested our be linin changed and that did not get done we were there for six nights. The cleaning standards were not good. We will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. They picked up their contential breakfast early.

Would stay again. Close to Boston. Within walking distance of Museum of Science and Duck Tours. Easy to use transit (Greenline), again within walking distance. Easy to get to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Hall, etc. this way. Beds could have been a little bit more comfortable (plush), but overall good. Bathroom towels fluffy and full. Water pressure good. In-room microwave, mini fridge and coffee-maker very appreciated. Pleased with free breakfast, lots to choice from (eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, etc, etc.). Excellent! Staff was courteous and friendly. Helpful with directions. Free internet access for guests (airlline check-in, etc. made easy). Not enough parking for all guests, so be aware you might have to park across the street at Liquor Store (they rent parking lot there at night). Target is fairly close for things needed or forgotten, and McDonald's and Burger King as well. Wish we could have had more time to explore.

Excellent location--2 mins walking distance to the closet subway station..
Best room quality(both comfort & clean) with a reasonable rate..
Okay for Cambridge

I arrived in the morning, obviously prior to the 3 PM check in time. Due to this early arrival, I was given a queen size handicap access room, rather than the king size regular room I'd booked. the shower was awful - totally outdated (not the nice, "heavy showers" kind on their ads) & not totally clean. Staff was minimally helpful on local directions.

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely courteous, the room was large and clean, the free breakfast was more than adequate, and it is very convenient to Lechmere station. Easy to find, good value for the dollar.
