We have traveled all over world - service was top notch. Great location for shopping, sightseeing, food, subway. Concierge very helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms very clean - accidentally left Privacy on door and still made room at 8pm.

Third time in this lovely hotel. Each visit has been excellent. Not inexpensive, but everything from lobby to turn down service is top notch. The only place I stay, now, when in Boston.
