Quote: The room we were given first had water on floor, no TV remote, missing lights, missing mirror, non-working phone. It was not ready to be occupied! Second room required lights to be plugged in. An aweful experience!

Quote: This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are in major disrepair, the staff is rude at best, and managment is useless. I would rather have stayed in a box!

Quote: Difficult to find building entrance. One light or its switch was out. Pillows very lumpy. Toilet paper rolls kept falling off holder. Smoker next door. No lighting by desk. Dim lights over bed. Window shade fallen off its track.

Quote: The hot tub was broken, the housekeeping was unable to help with requests for extra towels, and they let us check into a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The ice machine was broken and there was no clock in the room.
