We checked in late and the 1 person staff was accomodating. The sheets and blankets could have used washing. Found hair on the sheets & the blankets for the rollout sofa was actually cruddy and holely!The staff was friendly and curteous.The breakfast was awful, but the staff so pleasant breakfast did not matter to us.

My family's first introduction to this new hotel was a free upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and nice. The pool, while small, was adequate and clean. The same can be said for the fitness center. The inclusion of an Arc Trainer, an expensive and terrific piece of fitness equipment, was a surprise. The location is good -- easy to find, minutes from beautiful downtown Stockbridge and Tanglewood. Continental breakfast in the am better than most.
