Good Price, needs some updating

The location and price per night make this a good option when staying in DC. However, the air conditioning was not working in the hallway on our floor which created a musty, unpleasant smell amd the carpet in the hallway was old and stained. The room itself was very acceptable and the bathroom was clean. Take away the hallway issues and the scores would have been higher. I would stay there again because the price was right and the location was convenient.

This hotel is probably good for a one night visit in the location. Facilities were adequate but you can tell that the hotel is not in it's prime. It was probably formerly a Holiday Inn Express or other chain hotel. Amenities were at best were limited. Hotel staff while helpful and alert, really didn't understand English that well --so communication was limited to the key words. The location was near to Reagan National Airport and just down the street for more affluent Hotels. But if you are on a budget and need a reasonable place to stay it is adeqate.

Stayed here because it was supposed to be close to Natl Airport - it's not really all that close. Hotel smells bad, upstairs hallways & rooms even worse. Paper thin walls. Shuttle to nearby mall, but pickup is sketchy. Waited over an hour for "scheduled" pickup. Wouldn't stay here again, especially for the price. Way too much...
Good Bargain Hotel

Overall, a nice, clean hotel. Not very fancy, but comfortable. Front Desk personnel were excellent, staff in dining room were passive. Housekeeping staff a bit weak.
Worth the Price Paid

Some of the reviews of the hotel made me think twice about booking a room, but I found the place very good value. If you are looking for a 5 start hotel, this isn't it! This is a slightly aged Comfort Inn, but the room was exactly what I would have expected for the price. They have a free shuttle to Pentagon City which could have run a bit later into the evening, but it was on time and clean.
