I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business or with family. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. Each time I walked by the Front Desk someone said hello. The rooms were larger than other hotels I've stayed at in the past. And the location was great since it's in between West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.

Nice hotel to stay, staff was friendly and polite.
The only bad thing I have to say is the bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was cheap.
Marriot really needs to upgrade their mattresses. Both mine and my husbands back were sore every morning during our stay.

I was a guest at the Residence Inn West Palm Beach, this is a beautiful hotel, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the breakfast was great, the manager's reception dinner was great, we had a good time at the pool, my family had a ball.
Comfortable & Convenient

Rooms/Suites are a good size with full kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Evening reception features decent hors d'oeuvres. Convenient to airport and shopping and Cracker Barrell is right next door. Parking is tight and outside security seems ok but was concerning because of the parking situation.
