Quote: We stayed here under the secret deal gimmick. The hotel was musty and old with maybe a little new carpeting. The night clerk was more interested in the Ravens game than checking us in, although the clerk in the morning was efficient and friendly.... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Suites Annapolis review

Great Service...needed updates

Quote: I stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral. The staff was very kind and helped with directions and food suggestions. The only draw back was that my room was a little dated and the hallway had a funny smell. Kinda like it needed a good airing... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Suites Annapolis review

Quote: The hotel was clean and comfortable. My room had been remodeled. Not sure if all of the rooms have been. Nice flat screen tv. It is definitely not fancy, but if you just need a room to stay in for a night or two it works.

Quote: The desk clerk the morning of our departure Jan. 16 was very nice and accomodating. But the hotel is old, musty smelling and is in NO WAY deserving of the travel agency's 3-star rank. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Very disappointed!

Not a happy stay

Quote: The hotel is situated in such a way that if you aren't coming in from the correct direction, there is no way to turn into the hotel. We drove around four times before getting into the parking lot. It is also situated right next to a cemetery, which... Read the full Holiday Inn Express Suites Annapolis review
