I was traveling to Florida, arrived at the hotel for just an overnight stay. I went to my room and noticed that it was a smoking room. 1st of all I don't smoke, I called the front desk explains to them that this is a smoking and I requested a non-smoking. However after reviewing my itinerary there was a mistake on it did show a request for smoking. I ask the clerk at the front desk was there any available rooms that were non-smoking which of course everyone wants to up sale you something, which I decline. I ask if they had any air freshener they did and I used it however it did help kill the scent of smoke in the room. I just couldn't believe that rooms not available on a Thursday that is the most insane thing if I ever heard it before. People do make simple mistakes and believe me hotels make quite a few however it saddens me that we as consumers sometimes give several hotels the consideration or the benefit of the doubt on their mistakes. However to completely satisfy a consumer such as myself they had the opportunity to do so but FAILED on the job of customer services. Did the clerk sympathize with me NO! But his reaction was whether he knew it or not was ?OH an opportunity to UPSALE her to a Suite? I had a regular room for 1 night stay why would I want a Suite for 1 night that does not make any COMMON OR LOGICAL sense at all. My suggestion is up sale someone a suite if they are staying more than 1 night.

First of all, the ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors were out of order. The only vending machine was over half empty and still cheated me out of my money.
Our room was OK. The chair had a big hole in it along with a big stain right in the middle. The bathroom door handle on the inside was loose and there was no bathroom fan. The only place to eat is a "Piccadilly" restaurant next door and it wasn't very good either.
ehhh...

Clean enough, decor could use renovation but was fine, service was not extraordinary, and the breakfast was only available during a narrow window of time. The walls are thin
