nice place

We stayed here recently for a Saturday night just for fun. The rooms were very nice and recently re-done. bed was comfortable, flat screen was a good size and on a moveable wall-mount to watch from bed or couch. The bathroom had a large shower and a good vent fan. Asolutely no complaints there. There was a little bit of a snafu with the reservation booking through them, but it was resolved to my satisfaction and they were very pleasant. Almost every employee I saw said hello and inquired if things were okay. The pools were pretty, especially he lower one. We had free breakfast passes to GOLD, where we tried the southwestern eggs benedict. They were good, but not stellar, and overpriced if we'd been paying. Overall though, I loved this property. Only complaint was that when we arrived back after dinner (maybe 945 pm), there was no parking near our room, and people were parked all over. Not sure if that ws a usual occurrence, but I was nervous and called the desk to make sure my car would be there in the morning.

My wife and I stayed at the Westward Look for three nights in late May, 2009 on their "Staycation" special and had a marvelous time. The special included a standard room with breakfast for two adults (and two kids if you have them) with the resort fees waived as well. And the breakfasts weren't just rolls and coffee, but full breakfasts.......anything off the menu including juice and coffee........at their premier restaurant. The rooms have all been recently remodeled and were large and comfortable. We really like the adult lap pool which we used every morning. What really made the visit memorable, however, were the employees at the resort. Uniformly helpful, friendly and courteous. We are now planning a family reunion at the resort as a result.

Great service. Newly redecorated rooms with large screen LCD TV's and spa like bathrooms. Good deal with unbelievable complimentary breakfast (off season rates). Excellent exercise facility, new equipment, lap pool and lots of tennis courts. Excellent staff, everything is never perfect, but they really try to meet your desires. A true desert experience and wonderful views. Quiet, yet close to other Tucson areas of interest. Nighttime view of Tucson in the valley is beautiful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The upgraded room was very large and comfortable, had a balcony with chairs and a great view. The staff were all friendly, accommodating and made our stay great. We enjoyed the workout facility, the spa, the walking paths the pool and the restaurant. We definitely will return.
