My wife and I called the day before stated that we need a lower level room . My wife has M.S> and has to use wheeel chair. Upon arrival we were told that there were no lower level room for us. We arived at 8:00 PM and was in town for the death of a friend. The clerk could care less that they made the mistake. We will not be using Comfort Inn any more.

Room was a bit outdated, but well cleaned, no smells, very courteous desk help, would stay again

Place was clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but also no bugs, filth, traffic noise, or down-at-its heels furnishings--things common at other local establishments.

The hotel was old and nasty. The carpet felt wet and slimy. The whole room smelled of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke... I was petrified that we would catch a disease.

Great hotel for the price. Room did not have any odor good or bad. Very clean, neat and tidy. Same for the grounds and lobby area. The employees were very curtious and helpful. Recommended.
